Waitītiko Meola Creek Plantings – July 2021

July 16th, 2021

Five STEPS Volunteers planted 50 plants, initiating the 2021 Norgrove Lava Rock Forest Planting organised by Watercare on Saturday 17th July. Starting at 9am we managed to dig plants into the ground before the heavier rainfalls occurred.

There may be an opportunity for planting volunteers during this week – most likely Tuesday 20th depending on the weather. Rain day is next Sunday 25th but please check here first.
